Motorcyclists find riding to be a therapeutic process that allows them to de-stress which can be therapeutic for veterans and others suffering from PTS and Anxiety. PTSD is one of the most common side effects veterans face after combat. Finding a solution or therapy to overcome the syndrome can be difficult. It is our goal to help others find exactly that in an effort to decrease the overwhelming and increasing numbers of veteran suicide.
āOut there nothing takes hold ā especially not pain, anxiety, exasperation or fear.ā (Aaron Perry).

Who and what is StrykeTeam?
1. Veteran - Need to have 80% disability or more, DD214, Letter from VA stating the Veteran conditions, PTSD/TBI, etc. In the event the Veteran still works the employer needs to provide a letter accepting the Service Dog in the work area (certain restrictions apply). Must live in a house and not a condo. townhome, or apartment. According to the law once a Service Dog is assigned to a Veteran VA will absorb Vet Hospital costs
2. First Responders - Need to have 80% disability or more, Letter from their agency and the Dr. stating the conditions of the First Responder. Must live in a house and not a condo. townhome, or apartment. In the event the First Responder still works the employer needs to provide a letter accepting the Service Dog in the work area, (certain restrictions apply) according to the Law
